Refund policy

RETURN OR EXCHANGE FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES + PICKUP PURCHASES: Eligible purchases at original price can be returned as store credits or exchanged within 14 days, Mirra Masa does not offer monetary refunds on purchases beyond 14 days; Discounted or marked down items with less than 30% off can only be exchanged for size or color; Discounted or marked down items with 30% off or more are considered final sale, no return or exchanges.  

Items with gift receipt are only eligible for exchange or in store credits within 14 days of purchase, except for discounted or marked down items with 30% off or more, which are considered final sale.  All Items must be accompanied by an original receipt and in original condition (unwashed, unworn and with tags attached). Store purchases cannot be returned by mail.

Jewelry, Gift Cards, and Intimates (masks, bodysuits, underwear, socks, headwear, and swimwear) are not eligible for return or exchange. Markdown and sales items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to deny the refund, exchange, or store credit of any item(s).
